Winona: Capital for a Day •Fri, May 16, 7:45am-10:30pm
• Winona City Hall and Lake Park Band Shell
• Help celebrate Minnesota’s 150th birthday with Winona being the honorary state capital for the day! Adult themed events will be held at the City Hall including various legislative events as well as an appearance by Governor Tim Pawlenty!
• Events for all ages will be held at the Band Shell starting at 4:30pm. A day full of food, fun, wagon rides, games and music. Fireworks at 9:30pm.

Whalan Stand-Still Parade • Sat, May 17 10am-3pm

• In the nationally famous Whalan Stand-Still parade, the parade doesn’t move—the spectators do! Stroll along the parade route to enjoy food, music, games and more.
